Prof. Dr. R. Meenakumari is the Director of National Institute of Siddha, Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India. Her qualification includes Masters Degree in SIDDHA (GUNAPADAM)/ Siddha Pharmacologist. She has 28 years of Professional Experience which includes 16 years of clinical experience and 12 years of academic experience. She has held various prestigious positions which includes, Chairman, Board of Studies (Siddha), Member – Board of Governors, NCISM, Member- Advisory Committee, NCISM for the survey of ASUS Female Graduates, Member- Senate, The T.N. Dr. M.G.R.Medical University, Member, State Planning Commission, Govt. of TN. Dr. Meenakumari was the Editor-in-Chief, Journal of Siddha, NIS ,Chennai, Former Vice President, Journal of Indian Medicine, IM&H, Chennai-106, Member in Expert Committee (Siddha) for its approving the proprietary drugs and few others. 30 Articles written by her were published in peer reviewed Journals and currently as Director, NIS and pursuing Research Works in treatment for Covid-19 with Siddha Formulations. The Studies are completed and publication work is under process. She also guides for students in Dissertation works and minor projects.

Manjari Chandra is a Functional Nutritionist and practices Nutritional Medicine. Her work and experience range from being a Clinical Coach to advocating Holistic Wellness. Besides Integrative Clinical Coaching she is also a noted Speaker, Media person and a Published Author. She features as an Expert on “My Gov.in” Website promoted by Prime minister of India and has authored many Research and Review Scientific Papers in Indian and International Journals. Ms. Manjari has worked for leading hospitals of India, namely Max Healthcare, Manipal Hospitals, Columbia Asia and many more. She is also the founder of ManjariWellness. She has been a Key Note Speaker at various public health conferences, scientific discourse and symposiums including events at ASSOCHAM, FICCI, HEAL, FSSAI, TAAI and ISMA. This has enabled her to lead sessions for corporates such as Ernst and Young, Infosys, Hero Motors, Pullman Hotels, Pepsico etc. She is a Guest Faculty for many Allied health Universities including Institute of Home Economics, AMITY, Sharda and SGT University. Dr Alok Roy is the Chairman of Medica Group of Hospitals. Dr Roy just finished his term serving as Chair, FICCI Health Services Committee. He specializes in nuclear cardiology from AIIMS and his passion has been in building and managing hospitals. A social entrepreneur, he established numerous healthcare facilities across the country – Fortis Hospital (Noida), BM Birla Heart Institute (Kolkata), Manipal Heart Foundation (Bangalore), Rabindranath Tagore International Institute of Cardiac Sciences (Kolkata) and Narayana Hrudayalaya (Bangalore), to name a few. He conceptualised and is currently running the largest and only one of its kind fleet of ambulances for Road/Street Trauma services in Kolkata, Ranchi and Jameshedpur. Arvind is a serial entrepreneur with 30+ years of experience in organizational leadership, organization building and supporting budding entrepreneurs in the startup ecosystem. He has worked for 25+ years in the areas of medical devices and healthcare services. He has successfully founded and built organizations in medical devices and healthcare services domains. He is an early entrepreneur to venture into Med-Tech space in 1993, before the globalization and digital era arrived in India. He founded and built a medical devices company taking it to a customer base of 3000+ hospitals across India through indigenous development of affordable medical products. Arvind has been working in the area of stress diagnosis and management for the past 10 years with a larger goal of prevention of lifestyle diseases. He is involved in development of innovative stress measurement system in collaboration with Health Technology Innovation Center (HTIC) of IIT Madras and Sri Ramachandra Medical College, Chennai. Arvind is a certified Stress Management Professional from International Council of Stress Management Professionals (ICSMP). Arvind is an alumnus of IIT Madras and is also a mentor at IIT Madras Incubation Cell. Arvind is a soft-spoken person with a unique combination of technical and business competencies. He is passionate about innovating and expanding new paradigms of healthcare delivery for prevention of lifestyle diseases.

Ms. Neha is a Hospital Management leader & planner with a strong record of contributions in streamlining operations, invigorating businesses, heightening productivity, systems & procedures. She is a dynamic Professional with 19 years of experience in managing Hospital operations with focus on quality healthcare delivery; expertise in determining organization’s mission & strategic direction as conveyed through policies & objectives. She’s a strategic professional who deploys participative management style in fast-paced, diverse workforce. Ms. Lal has a demonstrated excellence in formulating hospital systems, policies, developing business plans for accomplishment of business and vision of the organisation. She has been leading, training & monitoring performance of employees and team to ensure efficiency in the operations, successfully led a team of more than 500. She is associated with many management institutes as a visiting Faculty for Masters in Hospital & Health Management courses. Dr. Vijay Pandya is the CEO of CU Shah Medical College. He is a Healthcare Management Professional with 17 years of diversified experience in Healthcare. Kunwar Shekhar Vijendra is the Co-founder and Chancellor of Shobhit University India and a prominent social entrepreneur based in New Delhi, who carries leadership roles in many organizations. He is a persistent advocate of the initiatives for education for all, secular values, crisis management through diplomatic and peaceful ways, and globalized systems of learning and peaceful co-existence. Dr. Surakshit Goswami is a renowned Yoga & spiritual Master with millions of followers across the world. Born in 1972, Haridwar, Dr. Goswami has been practicing Yoga since 1979. He took formal training in Yoga at the Gurukul Kangri University, Haridwar. He is first MA, PhD in Yoga in India. Dr. Goswami taught Yoga in Gurukul Kangri University from 1997-2004. Since 2004, he has been associated with the Times of India Group, as a Chief Spiritual Officer. He has translated the Gita in simple Hindi and written 6 books and more than 3000 articles in newspapers. He has conducted close to 6,000 workshops on Yoga, Health, Wellness & Spirituality. Prof. Dr. Tanuja Manoj Nesari is the Chair for the Health Sector sub-skill Council for AYUSH and a member of Governing Council of IMS, BHU. Dr. Nesari is also a member of the General Assembly of ICCR, a Member of the Board of Governors, CCIM and serves on the academic board of various universities like ITRA, Jamnagar & National Academic and Research Bodies. Her educational qualification includes BAMS, MD (Ayu), PhD (Ayu) Director, All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA). She serves as a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of CCRAS and domain expert of the Technical Screening Committee (TSC) of NMPB. Her influential leadership has brought more than 20 MOUs into the credit of AIIA. She played a key role in converting AIIA Hospital, New Delhi into COVID Healthcare Centre, where the patients are being provided holistic Ayurveda treatment.

Dr. Adarsh Somashekar is an entrepreneur, fitness enthusiast and a renowned Paediatrician who has worked in United Kingdom and India. He has more than two decades of work experience from some of the prestigious hospitals in UK and India. He got his MD in Paediatrics from Kasturba Medical College (KMC)) and is an alumnus of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health in the UK. He completed his Executive MBA in Health Care Delivery at IIM – Bangalore. He has always been passionate and visionary in his life. His vision along with his friends of creating a high-quality mother and New born care services in India gave birth to “OVUM HOSPITALS” – A maternity and new born hospital which strives to deliver standardised, high quality, patient-centric, and effective healthcare solutions across India. Currently he is Chairman and Executive Director of Ovum group of hospitals. He practices Paediatrics at Ovum hospital Kalyan Nagar. Dr. Somashekhar is a member of Indian Medical Association, Karnataka Medical College, General Medical Council – UK and Indian Institute of Management – Bangalore.
