Dr. Kavita Bajpai is the Director & Co Founder of The International School of Thrissur And KB EduVentures LLP. Being a passionate educationist Dr. Bajpai has always been considered as a progressive leader. With a master’s degree in physics and doctorate in education leadership she has an experience of more than 20 years and in leadership role for 10 years. Handled various national and international Curriculum during this tenure. She has been recognized for child centric approach, skills, team building, quality of work progressive thinking, spontaneity. Planning and execution of successful CSR programs with media mileage & networking is an added strength. The desire to contribute in ever evolving education system motivated her to move out of limiting herself as a school principal and got her associated with schools through training programs, workshops and professional development programs in a capacity of a Director/ Education Solution Provider. Dr. M S Shyamasundar, senior most adviser in the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) is one of the first team of officers of NAAC. He has been a part of its development for more than two decades. His academic expanse knows no bounds. He has secured Ph. D (Agricultural Economics) with high distinction, first rank in M. Sc. (Ag. Econ.) with two gold medals, third rank in B.Sc. (Ag.Ma.Co), destination in PGDBA and much more. Having worked as Research Fellow, Research Associate, Research Officer, Assistant Adviser and Deputy Adviser in different organisations, he has impacted a lot of institutions with his experience. He has participated as an international expert in Training of Trainers / Accreditors / Auditors in Philippines, Nepal, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia. He also shared the dias with the Chief Minister of Karnataka and Hon’ble Vice President of India. He has co-ordinated on-site visits to more than 3200 institutions.

Dr.Madhur Gupta, The director of St. Francis Business School and Dean of St.Xavier’s College, holds a doctorate degree in Education psychology with Masters in Psychology, MBA in HR & Marketing, Masters in English Literature, Masters in Education, CIG.and B.El.Ed. She is having 19 years of extensive experience in higher education industry. She has been instrumental in the development of many institutions like BTEC University Dubai, St. Xavier’s Sn School – New Delhi, MCT College of Education – Mumbai, Mother Teresa College – Mumbai, BTL Institute of Technology – Bangalore, ISME – Bangalore & SFS PG College – Bangalore as Principal, Head, Coordinator & Professor. She has consulted various institutions in the area of students development, psychological counselling, administrative design, orientation, faculty training, marketing, strategic planning & educational interventions. Dr. Ira Bapna has a rich experience of 23 years in academic field. She has been resource person to various workshops on research methodology, case study analysis, Financial statement Analysis. she has into her credit various workshops and sessions in academic staff college at university level, Career counselling cell and SEP at university level. She has conducted various international level conferences and national level workshops at institutional. She has organized stress buster programme for board students, and teachers. She had drafted creative assignments to spread digital literacy among low literate people and health, hygiene and safety programme in NGO and Aanganwadi through students. To avoid the growth of depression and negativity specially among the youth and mass, she has successfully conducted her USP stress management seminar free of cost at PAN India basis for more than 70,000 persons. She has received various awards for conduction of free of cost stress management workshop to avoid the small bud of suicidal attempt as Dewang Mehta national leadership award, Women in Business Award, WEAA, FSIA.

Prof.(Dr.) Ajay Kumar is having more than 32 years experience in the field of management research, teaching, training, consultancy and academic administration. He was Research Fellow of UGC and was also recognised as Associate Professor By GGS Indraprastha University in 2001. He has imparted MDPs for the companies like BEL, IOC, Motherson Sumi, Public Sector Banks among others. He has also written books on Brand Management and Consumer Behaviour. Dr. Ajay has also completed successfully many consultancy for the pharmaceutical companies for their launch of products in Bihar, Nepal and NE states. He has organised more than 30 seminars and conferences on diverse issues of Management practices. He as attended more than 100 international conferences, symposiums and seminars organised by IIMs, MDI, CII, PHDCCI, FICCI and others. Dr. Ajay is a practitioner of relationship marketing. Dr. Dwarika Prasad Uniyal, is the former Dean of FLAME School of Business, He brings with him rich and varied experience of more than 25 years in premier academic institutions and industry. FLAME University. In an academic career spanning over two decades, Professor Uniyal taught at premier Business Schools like IIM Kashipur MICA – Ahmedabad, SPJIMR – Mumbai and SP Jain School of Global Management – Dubai. Professor Uniyal was also part of O.P. Jindal Global University as the Founding Assistant Dean. In the past he had been invited by Govt. of India to serve as Professor of Management in India’s premier academy, LBSNAA – Mussoriee, to train India’s civil services.
