Mr. Harish Manian is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MGM Healthcare. He is a healthcare management professional with almost two decades of experience in the P&L role covering project management, operations, business transition, and business development. He has worked across the healthcare ecosystem (hospitals, pharma consulting, medical technology consulting, and ITES) across various geographies. Harish was responsible for successfully starting and turnaround of several multi-specialty quaternary care hospitals and medi-city projects for Manipal Group, Fortis Healthcare, and Parkway Pantai India (IHH Berhad). He has managed 2000+ beds in multi-geography healthcare facilities across India. During the last decade, he was responsible for a few landmark clinical programmes in India and South Asia, including the largest cardiac transplant programme, largest artificial heart / LVAD Programme, largest lung transplant programme and the largest cadaver kidney transplant programme. He was also associated with one of the world’s most prestigious and largest liver transplant programme in India.

Mr. Rajiv Sikka is the group CIO of Medanta hospitals. With over 3 decades of career, he has the perfect blend of having worked across sectors and multiple functions – initially as a technology solution provider and now leading the IT transformation. In his current role as CIO, Rajiv is responsible for group IT functions covering digital transformation initiatives and IT Operations. He formulated 5 years IT roadmap covering infra, applications, security, compliance, partner ecosystem, and operations and successfully rolled out multiple standardized initiatives across hospitals in line with one-Medanta-way-of-working. Prior to joining Medanta, Rajiv had worked in Polaris as Senior Vice President for 13 years. As Enterprise Group Head, he was responsible for P&L and has worked extensively in multiple regions covering the US, Europe, Japan, South East Asia, Middle East, and India. Rajiv has been featured many times over across the healthcare informatics forums & publications, and he is a regular panelist/ speaker on digital initiatives in healthcare. He is a member of the CII led National AI Forum. He is also an executive council member of CIOs of India, a 25-year-old not-for-profit forum of IT professionals comprising multiple CIO bodies. Mr. Tarun Jain is an HR Digital Transformation Leader with 2 decades of experience. Ms. Renu Bohra is a seasoned HR leader currently working as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of DB Schenker for India and Indian Subcontinent. She has over 28 years of rich experience in the field of Human Resources, mainly in the fields of HR Strategy, Learning & Development, Talent Management, OD, Employee Communication, Talent Acquisition, CSR and Labor Compliance. Dr. Ankita Singh is the Senior Vice President and Global Head of HR and other enabling functions at CIGNEX Datamatics.
