Kamal Mangal, the visionary founder of Anand Niketan Group of Schools, embarked on a transformative journey from a conventional businessman to an education leader. Since 1996, he has dedicated himself to realizing a profound vision: “return childhood to children.” With just 20 students initially, he established a socially acceptable environment where students, teachers, and parents could maximize their potential. Prof. (Dr.) K. N. Sheth, Vice Chancellor of Gandhinagar University, brings a unique blend of expertise from Government, Corporate Sector, Consulting, and Academia. His diverse career spans roles such as Director (Operations) at Adani Institute of Infrastructure Engineering (AIIE) and Director of Geetanjali Institute of Technical Studies. Beginning as an Executive Engineer in the Government of Gujarat, he contributed to notable tourism projects and initiated events like the International Kite Festival. As CEO of Green Environment Services Co-operative Society, he led the construction of Asia’s largest Common Effluent Treatment plant. In academia, Dr. Sheth held leadership positions at Gujarat Technological University, excelling in research with 135 published papers. A Gold Medallist of Gujarat University, he holds Ph.D.s in Civil-Environmental Engineering and Law and Management, showcasing his diverse academic achievements.

B. Anantha Krishnan is the CEO Operations at Kalorex Group Of Institutions. Mr. Krishnan is a target oriented professional with 22+ Years of Experience in Techno-commercial and Operational roles in the field of Education. He has a good exposure in starting Schools and Educational Institutions right from the drawing board and establishing them into a profit venture. He also has an expertise in K-12 Joint-Ventures, Supplimentary Education programmes and tie-ups at Pan Asia level. Prior to joining Kalorex Group in 2014, he was associated with FIITJEE Limited in the position of DGM – Formal Education & International Ventures. He holds a B.Com. degree from the Delhi University.

Arun Sutaria, a visionary and retired IAS officer, directs Siddharth Public School (SPS) in Himmatnagar, Sabarkantha. Perceiving the educational gap in his native region, he established SPS in 2006 through the Siddharth Foundation, dedicated to providing quality English medium education. Relocating to a new campus in 2009, the school boasts modern facilities, a playground, and sports amenities. Arun’s personal struggle with English fuels his mission to empower local youth for global opportunities. Dr. CA Achyut Dani is a dynamic entrepreneur, educator, and strategic management guide, born on December 17, 1980, residing in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. As the Chairman of Braincraft Eduserve and Vector Infrastructure, and the Director General and Provost (Vice Chancellor) of JG University, he holds key leadership roles. With a Ph.D. in Management and Commerce, he is a practicing Chartered Accountant since January 2003. Dr. Dani has authored textbooks on Accountancy for Gujarat Higher Secondary Education Board and is recognized for his academic contributions. With a 18-year career in advanced education, he has impacted over 12,000 professional CA and CS students. As an Associate Arbitrator appointed by the Gujarat High Court and a Senior Mentor in the Confederation of Entrepreneurship Initiatives, he has received prestigious awards, including the Bharat Jyoti Award and Bharat Gaurav Award. Beyond education, he has successfully ventured into the culinary industry with multiple restaurants and banquets.
