In each and every institution, we take up the growth of the student to bring out the awesome holistic children within the students and through the teachers. The pedagogies, introduction of new strategies to upskill and reskill the students’ energy as well as the faculty’s energy, are crucial. Only then can they produce very good social beings to develop the nation. We are doing a lot of service through seminars and conferences. Would you like to throw some light on the education policy and any initiatives your institution is doing in this regard? Recently, in 2020, the central government adopted a new educational policy and framework. One aspect of that is the 21st-century learning skills, another is the sustainable developmental goals, and the third is design thinking. We incorporate all these with the teachers through some orientation programs to upskill their energy, and then we transform that into the classroom. Any takeaways from today’s forum? Definitely. I learned how to parent the child. Parenting is very necessary with all biological modulations. We need to transparently open up the biological changes to the students. Kudos to Manjula and Chandan for bringing in this transparency. Teachers are the second parents, and we need to instruct the parents to be the first educators, giving all this transparently to the children to bring in a good social being. What does the phrase “New Normal” mean to you? The New Normal refers to machine learning, artificial intelligence, and a technologically driven society. We need to incorporate this into the educational curriculum. However, we should not forget the traditional way of teaching, as it provides an aesthetic approach and emotional well-being for the child and the adult. Any message for ArdorComm Media Group? NCERT Announces Revision of CBSE Syllabus for Classes 3 and 6 from 2024-25 Academic Session

The National Council of Education Research (NCERT) is set to introduce revised syllabi for Classes 3 and 6 of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in line with the National Curriculum Framework for School Education (NCF-SE) 2023. These changes are scheduled to take effect from the academic year 2024-25. A notice issued by NCERT outlines the plan for implementing the revised curriculum, emphasizing the need for adjustments to school timetables to accommodate the changes. Collaboration among CBSE, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), and Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) is deemed essential for the successful implementation of these modifications. The notice highlights the importance of proactive communication from CBSE to school heads, teachers, and parents regarding the updated syllabi and recommended time allocations for Grades 3 and 6. It underscores the significance of engaging students in playful and activity-based learning, aligning with the holistic approach advocated by the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. To facilitate a smooth transition for students, NCERT will provide a syllabus bridge program for Grade 6 and clear guidelines for Grade 3. These initiatives aim to acquaint students with new pedagogical perspectives and areas of study, including Arts, Physical Education, Vocational Education, and The World Around Us. The revised Grade 3 syllabi encompass a diverse range of topics, reflecting contemporary educational perspectives. NCERT is developing activity books and textbooks tailored to the updated curriculum to support students’ learning experiences. Schools are urged to disseminate this information to all stakeholders and adopt a proactive strategy to ensure students’ seamless adaptation to the revised syllabi. By fostering awareness and collaboration among educators, parents, and the wider community, NCERT aims to enhance the quality and effectiveness of education delivery in line with evolving educational standards and objectives.

In which exam they are not able to qualify, How much they are scoring. So, these all come in picture. We can enhance this and give value to the teacher so they can be focused in a particular area. Is Samsung planning any future product in India? Absolutely, this model was launched in the last August, now we have the complete line up. It will be a vertical lineup for enterprise as well as for education. So, this model now will have an inbuilt camera and definitely the specification will be coming. The best of the word is the most required “Make in India”, from the next month we will have the “Make in India” product so we have the complete line up required as per the specification. Uttar Pradesh Government Issues Guidelines for Education Service Selection Commission

The recruitment process for teachers and instructors in the state, the Uttar Pradesh government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, has issued a comprehensive notification outlining the rules for the Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC). According to an official release, the guidelines stipulate that candidates invited for interviews, following the written examination, must be awarded a minimum of 40% marks. However, the maximum marks permissible for the interview stage are capped at 90%. The UPESSC will oversee the recruitment of instructors in basic, secondary, and higher education, as well as vocational education, and teachers in aided minority colleges across the state. The Examination Committee will determine the number of candidates to be interviewed in a day and the overall number of boards to be conducted daily, based on the needs of the recruitment process. Moreover, the number of candidates called for interviews will range from 3 to 5 times the number of vacancies, as deemed appropriate by the Commission. For positions requiring interviews, a merit list will be released by combining the marks obtained in the written examination and the interview. In cases where only a written exam is conducted, a merit list will be prepared based on the written exam marks alone. In instances where candidates have equal merits, preference will be given to the marks obtained in the written exam, followed by interview scores. If parity persists, eligibility percentages such as JRF, NET, PhD, and postgraduate scores will be considered. Additionally, in the event of identical scores across all criteria, priority will be given to the candidate with higher age. The release also outlines a meticulous process for candidate replacements, should the initially selected candidate be unable to assume the post. The selected candidate, upon explaining the reasons for non-acceptance, will submit their application to the Director, who will then recommend an adjustment to the Commission. The Commission will subsequently hold the institution or appointing authority accountable for any discrepancies in the requisition process. This move by the Uttar Pradesh government is anticipated to bring transparency and efficiency to the teacher and instructor recruitment process, ensuring that the most qualified and suitable candidates are selected for these crucial roles in the education sector.
