These trainees were selected from renowned institutions such as the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) and other prestigious business schools across India.

Tata Capital conducted recruitment activities across 50 campuses nationwide to ensure a diverse group of candidates. The company aims to provide these management trainees with challenging opportunities by offering them positions in various functions within the organization, including sales, credit, collections, risk, finance, HR, data science, and technology.
