Due to this the attrition rate at Wipro currently has increased to 15.5 percent from 11 percent., whereas in Infosys it is up to 13.9 percent from 7.8 percent and at the L&T Infotech it increased to 15.2 percent from 13.5 percent, on the other hand, TCS has managed to bring the attrition rate marginally to 8.6 percent from 8.9 percent.
